Report: Microsoft Is Developing Low-Cost Surface Tablets for Release This Year

Reports suggest Microsoft is working on a $400 tablet what will utilize Intel CPU and GPUs and feature a 10" display. Cheaper keyboard covers, mice, and pens will also be available.
